We started Pregnancy Pillow UK for a simple reason: sleep is the first thing pregnancy takes away, and the last thing anyone helps you get back.
Most pregnancy pillows are sold the same way. Stock photos, inflated "was" prices, and a countdown timer that resets every visit. We wanted to build the opposite: a small independent shop built for UK mums, with a few carefully chosen shapes, delivered free and tracked, honest advice about which one you actually need, and a trial long enough to judge properly.
What we believe
Growing a baby is hard work. Sleeping should not be. Every mum deserves one part of the day that feels easy.
How we work
- A few shapes, not forty. We would rather explain a few pillows honestly than list hundreds and let you guess.
- 90 nights to judge. A bump cannot make its mind up in a weekend. Sleep on it for three months. Not better? Full refund. You cover return postage.
- Tracked delivery, real support. Every order is tracked, and a real person answers your questions within one working day.
- No fake anything. No invented reviews, no fake countdowns, no pretend discounts. If you see a number on this site, it is real.

Why our pillows cost less than most
Most of the pregnancy pillows you will see recommended in the UK sell for between �38 and �159. Ours are �9.49 to �54.49. If a low price on a shop you have never heard of makes you suspicious, that is a fair reaction. So here is exactly where the difference comes from, and where it does not.
- Where they ship from. Our pillows ship from our suppliers' warehouses, in the UK or abroad depending on the pillow, as our delivery page explains.
- A few shapes, not forty. A short range means we can explain each one properly instead of listing dozens.
- We do not buy credibility. There is no celebrity partnership and no influencer budget priced into what you pay.
What the price does not cut: free tracked UK mainland delivery, and 90 nights to change your mind.
Who writes what you read here, and how we check it
Everything on this site is written in-house, by the people who run the shop. We are a small retailer, not a publisher, and we would rather say so than invent an expert.
- Anything about sleep position is checked against the source. We follow the NHS and Tommy's, and we link to both so you can read them yourself instead of taking our word for it.
- We do not employ a midwife. You will not find a stock photo of one on these pages, or a quote we paid for. Nothing here is medical advice: if something hurts, or you are unsure, ask your own midwife or GP.
- You will not find a review on this site that we wrote ourselves. That is what the 90-night trial is for. Sleep on it, then decide.
