2. We reply within one working day with a return address and simple instructions. No form, no portal, no script.
3. Post the pillow back with any tracked service you like.
4. Once tracking shows it on its way, we refund you.

Used. That is the point of a 90-night trial and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we do ask, because this is a hygiene product:

• Clean the cover first. Check the care label. If it says machine-washable, use a gentle cool cycle and hang it to dry. Otherwise spot clean it.
• Send it clean and dry. Spot clean any mark on the inner pillow and let it dry fully before packing.
• Original packaging if you still have it. If not, any clean bag or box that keeps it dry is fine. Nothing is refused for the wrong box.

We cannot refund a pillow that comes back soiled, damp or smelling of smoke. If that happens we contact you first and send it back, rather than quietly keeping it.

You do. Return postage is the one cost we ask you to cover, and we would rather say it plainly than bury it. Delivery to you is always free. Anything faulty or damaged is the exception: we pay postage both ways.

We start the refund as soon as tracking shows the parcel heading back to us. It goes to your original payment method. Banks usually take 3 to 5 working days to show it, sometimes up to 10 on a credit card. We email you when it leaves our side.

Nothing here affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 90-night promise sits on top of those rights, not instead of them.
