How fast?
- Delivery takes 2 to 11 working days depending on the pillow: the Full Body U and the G Cloud 2 to 5 working days, from a UK warehouse; the Body Bolster and the V Pillow 3 to 8; the Bump Wing and the Bump Lounger 5 to 11. Each product page shows its own estimate.
- You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your pillow ships.
Where from?
Our pillows ship from our supplier's warehouses, in the UK or abroad depending on the pillow, tracked all the way. There are no customs forms and nothing to pay on arrival.
Outside mainland UK?
Free delivery covers mainland UK. The Scottish Highlands, the Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands sit outside our courier�s standard mainland service, so please contact us before you order. We will check what the courier can do for your postcode and tell you the cost and the timing before you pay anything. If we cannot reach you, we will say so plainly rather than take the order.
A note about the packaging
Filled pillows can arrive vacuum-packed. The Full Body U needs 2 to 3 days to recover its full volume, according to the manufacturer; a gentle shake helps.
