Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Pregnancy Pillow UK is a trading name of INJECTEUR VOITURE SAS, a French SAS with share capital of €1,000, registered under RCS Paris 931137350, VAT FR48931137350. Registered office: 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. You can reach us at hello@pregnancy-pillow.co.uk and we answer within one working day.

Orders and the contract

Adding an item to your basket is not a contract. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we send you the email confirming that your order has shipped. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to mainland UK is free. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's encrypted payment pages. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. On top of that, every pillow carries a 90-night trial. Both are explained in our refund policy. You cover return postage except where an item is faulty or damaged.

Product information

Our pillows are comfort and support products for everyday use. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Product images, some of which are AI-generated illustrations, are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can vary slightly between screens. Sizes are given to the nearest centimetre. If you have a medical condition or a complicated pregnancy, speak to your midwife or GP before changing how you sleep.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, guides and design of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

Complaints and governing law

If something goes wrong, email hello@pregnancy-pillow.co.uk and we will work it out with you. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
